Baby Animals at Strawbery Banke

Enjoy a great bonding activity with your family at Strawbery Banke Museum this Sunday, May 1, 2016. See the spring’s new arrivals of piglets, bunnies, lambs, chicks, kids and more under the tent on Puddle Dock. Learn how heirloom breeds of animals similar to those brought to the New World in the early days of settlement were raised and cared for.

Walk around heritage gardens, historic buildings and crafts. There will be costumed role-players that will tell stories about traditional crafts.  Hands-on activities are also available on the event while you learn about architecture, heritage plants and foodways.

The tickets can be purchased at the door. For adults the fee is $15, children from 5 to 17 years old is $10 and family package at $40. The event is also wheelchair accessible
